"Helped my gut, even if it’s a bit pricey"
I’ve been taking Visbiome for some IBS/IBD gut support, it’s helped more than I expected. It’s definitely not a miracle fix, but my stomach feels a little calmer and flare-up days haven’t been as rough. I do wish it was cheaper, so I’m a bit picky about reordering, but I’m buying it again because it seems to be worth it for me.

"Actually helped with my bloating"
I’ve noticed my stomach feels a lot more settled since using this. The bloating has gone down, which makes daily stuff like eating and going about my day more comfortable. I’m still a little gassy sometimes, but overall it’s been a practical improvement.

"Feels worth the money"
Visbiome definitely isn’t the cheapest probiotic I’ve picked up, but it feels worth it. The amount you get and the quality seem better than a lot of the random brands I’ve tried. No issues with shipping. Checkout was easy too. I like that it feels like I’m paying for something reliable, not just a nice label and fancy packaging.

"Definitely easy on my stomach"
I was sure I’d have some kind of side effect, but nope, it’s been totally fine. I had the tiniest bit of gas at first, and then basically nothing after that. Super easy to take, no upset stomach at all. I’m completely convinced my stomach had zero issues with it.

"Showed up nice and cold"
My order got here still cold, which was the main thing I was worried about. The ice packs were still firm too, so that was a good sign. Oh, and I checked the expiration date right away because I always do that, and it was plenty far out, so no stress there. Overall, everything seemed fresh and packed well.

At first I was a little worried when the box showed up cold, but I was relieved once I opened it. Everything was clean, packed well, and there were no problems at all. Simple experience, but in a good way.

"The subscription stuff was just annoying"
I just wanted to set up a basic subscription, but the whole thing felt way more complicated than it needed to be. Finding where to manage this or change that wasn’t clear at all, and I kept having to click around. For what it costs, I expected that part to be simple. It ended up being more frustrating than helpful, so I just cancelled it

"Cold enough, but could be better"
It stayed cold, so I’ll give it that, but it wasn’t exactly perfect. i just think if something is supposed to keep things cold, it should do that well enough without making you wonder. Not terrible, just could use a little improvement.

My vet suggested this for my dog, and after a few weeks his tummy does seem a lot better. I’m glad it’s helping, but I was expecting clearer instructions on how to use it, especially at the beginning.

"Shocking: It Was Actually in Stock"
I checked visbiome.com for the product I needed and, much to my surprise, it was actually available. Wild concept, I know.

A bunch of other places were either sold out or doing that fun little thing where you can’t tell if something is actually orderable, so seeing it listed clearly and ready to buy was a relief.

The site was simple enough to use and I didn’t run into any weird issues. I’d definitely use it again when I need to restock, assuming the internet hasn’t made that complicated by then

The site was okay overall and I was able to place my order, but it definitely could be easier to use. I had to click around for a while to find some basic info, and a few pages felt kind of clunky. Checkout was simple once I finally got there, but the repeated verification steps were annoying and made the whole thing feel slower than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it should be

"Honestly, delivery was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from Visbiome and, i wasn’t totally sure how fast it would get here. But I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up just a couple days later. Everything seemed packed well and was still cold, so no issues there. I was kind of relieved, actually, and happy with how smooth the whole thing was.

"Order was fine, shipping updates were a little iffy"
Ordering was mostly okay. The website was easy enough to figure out, though checkout felt a bit clunky in a couple spots. I got the confirmation email quickly, but the shipping updates showed up later than I would’ve liked. I also don’t put too much stock in all the polished “your order is our priority” type wording companies use, so I was mostly just waiting to see what actually happened. In the end, it was fine. Not terrible, not impressive, just kind of average

"Refund was fine, just took a bit"
Well... I had to return my order, and the process wasn’t terrible, just slower than I thought it would be. Support did get back to me, but I had to follow up once to keep things moving. I did get my refund in the end, so it worked out, but it wasn’t exactly the smoothest experience
